Tower 500 Construction Progress Update
As the fifth and final tower in the Kalea Bay community, Tower 500 truly represents the grand finale of this remarkable development. While exterior work nears completion, the past month has brought significant progress on the interiors, bringing us closer to delivering Naples’ most anticipated new address.

Cabinet installations have begun on the 11th and 12th floors.

Windows and doors are nearly complete throughout the building.

The rooftop pool continues to take shape, soon to be a signature amenity for residents.

Final paint and trim work is progressing steadily, now completed through the 3rd floor.
With the top three floors finalizing interior selections, every detail is coming together. We remain on schedule and look forward to a fourth quarter 2026 completion.
