SAND DOLLAR AWARD WINNER

Kalea Bay is excited to announce that they were the proud recipient of eight Sand Dollar awards this past weekend! The Sand Dollar Awards are given by the Collier Industry Building Association and are presented each year to builders, developers, architects, remodelers, interior design firms, marketing, sales and advertising professionals who have shown to be exceptional in the Collier County area. Winners are chosen as a result of onsite judging by experts from across the state of Florida.

Not surprising Kalea Bay received awards for their rooftop pool amenity area, and for best clubhouse exterior and interior. They were also recognized for their marketing efforts with wins for the best magazine ad, best TV commercial, best website, and the coveted Best Overall Campaign award.

Many of our model interior designers and contractors also earned Sand Dollar awards for their work here at Kalea Bay.  PLC closets won for best closet design for a private residence in Tower 100. Gaddis Interiors also won Interior Design of the year Multi-Family homes and Best Master Suite for her “Moroccan Mystique” designed residence.  WDesign won multiple awards for two residents at Kalea Bay; Best use of custom wood, best flooring, best kitchen design, and best overall interior design. All of these efforts have contributed to our success, and we are extremely fortunate to have our very own Teale Mueller win for Sales Person of the Year.  She is just one of the reasons why Kalea Bay is the number one selling luxury high rise community here in Naples.
