Kalea Bay is continuing to rise above everyone else in North Naples.  Set to be the tallest in the area, we are closing in to the 20th floor with only 3 floors to go!  We are currently slated to reach the “top” the third week of August.  The demand to own in Naples newest high rise is still going strong as we near 70% sold.  Kalea Bay offers wide-open spaces with an intoxicating rooftop pool, open air fitness center and community room overlooking the Gulf.
