Tower 300 is officially sold out, with closings beginning at the end of the year 2022! Interior finishes have begun to take shape, with flooring installed on the 3rd and starting on the 4th floor. Cabinets are currently being installed on the 3rd floor, with interior painting up to the 7th floor. As we begin the foundation for the 21st floor, we are only two floors away before we start the roof-top pool.
