Tower 500
Construction progress at Tower 500 continues to advance with strong, visible momentum as the project moves deeper into its final phases.
The Pool Deck is taking shape, with flooring installation actively underway—bringing definition to what will soon be one of the most utilized and visually striking amenity spaces in the tower. Elevator systems are also progressing, with testing in motion and service elevators now fully operational, allowing for more efficient access as work continues throughout the building.
Interior progress is equally notable. Final paint has now reached the 14th floor, signaling a steady transition into completion stages. On the lower levels, residences are undergoing their final clean, a clear indication that these homes are ready for their new owners.
On the exterior, paint continues to advance with approximately three-quarters of the tower now completed. As this progresses, window coverings are gradually being removed, revealing more of the building’s finished façade and allowing natural light to fully showcase the interiors.
Overall, Tower 500 is progressing in a measured and consistent manner, with each milestone bringing the building closer to completion and reinforcing the level of quality expected at Kalea Bay.
